It takes real courage to sit down with someone, to feel and process feelings, and to be vulnerable and honest with one's self. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California and I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with teens and adults. I have worked in schools, community mental health agencies providing case management services, and substance abuse treatment facilities, along with seeing individuals in my private practice. I am passionate about working with individuals one on one and helping them to live their best lives. I approach my work from a client centered focus and believe that you are the expert on your own life. I draw from multiple modalities to help you reach your goals and see therapy as a collaborative journey. I also help individuals look at the larger systems that they're a part of and how those are affecting their lives. I believe that healing happens in relationship and that it's important to find someone who is a good fit and that you feel comfortable with. Healing and change occurs more readily when an individual feels truly seen, heard, and accepted. I strive to provide that safe, brave, healing space for you to find your authentic self and voice.
